To optimize your marketing success at our April 23rd through 27th events we need:
- Your content for our Mobile Event App (will be on every attendees‘ phone, tablet or notebook).
- Your booth representatives (needed for their event badges).
- Your Breakout Session information – if you’re having one (will be used in our Mobile Event App and announced in general session).
- Your insertion materials for each attendees registration packet (600 sets required – optional).
As we’re building out the Mobile App, we found there were more information fields (such as a company contact) than we’d originally requested. Please accept our apologies for this initial oversight. If you’ve already submitted some of the below, you need only complete new or modified content. Attendee interest will be directly driven from your provided information – make it as complete and compelling as possible!
